Sam Beatty Joins the Valence Law Team
San Francisco, CA (March 15, 2021). Valence Law expands its commercial real estate practice with the addition of Sam Beatty, who joins the Firm as a Senior Attorney.
Sam is an accomplished commercial real estate attorney with extensive experience handling real estate transactions of all types, but with a particular emphasis on commercial leasing and subleasing transactions for office, retail and industrial properties.

Prior to joining Valence, Sam practiced commercial real estate law at a global law firm in San Francisco. Sam earned her J.D. from the University of California, Davis and her B.A. from the University of Southern California.
