In addition to drafting and negotiating leases and subleases, our attorneys also routinely handle lease amendments for expansions and renewals, license agreements, lease termination agreements, listing and commission agreements, co-working agreements (including enterprise co-working MSAs), estoppel certificates, and SNDAs, among others.
