Catherine Breault

Catherine is a senior paralegal with extensive experience in commercial real estate. She supports the firm’s attorneys across a wide range of commercial leasing, acquisition, and disposition matters.
Catherine assists in drafting and reviewing key transactional documents, including leases, amendments, subleases, consents, purchase and sale agreements, estoppel certificates, and subordination, non-disturbance and attornment agreements. She conducts due diligence for real estate transactions, including survey and title review and zoning research. She assists in closing transactions, including drafting closing documents, escrow instructions, and lease abstracts. Catherine also manages transaction workflows and client communications, coordinating key deliverables, timelines, and closing logistics to ensure that each transaction progresses smoothly from documentation through closing.
Catherine received a B.A. in English from the University of Connecticut, Magna cum Laude while serving as a Senior Airman in the Connecticut Air National Guard and Certificate in Paralegal Studies from the University of Hartford.
