Corinne is admitted to practice in California and Texas. She received her J.D. from Whittier Law School, cum laude, and her B.A. from the University of California, Davis. In her spare time, Corinne enjoys reading and going on outdoor adventures with her family.

- Negotiating a 4-floor office lease for a technology client, which included a substantial tenant-improvement buildout valued at over $14,000,000.
- Negotiating a multi-floor 100,000 square foot Class-A office headquarters lease for a technology tenant.
- Serving as primary outside real estate counsel for a large publicly traded technology company, managing their nationwide office portfolio.
- Negotiating a full-floor life science lease for a company doing research in healthcare therapeutics, including negotiating a build to suit work-letter involving installation of a clean room, laboratory, and back-up generator.
- Assisting a private space satellite manufacturer and operator in securing office and mission control center leases.
- Negotiating a three-building, 150,000 square foot office and R&D headquarters lease and expansion amendment in the South Bay.
- Representing a cell therapy research company in the acquisition of a full-floor laboratory and headquarters lease.
- Assisting various robotics and autonomous vehicle companies with office, R&D, and warehousing space.
- Assisting a locally-owned grocery store chain expand their footprint by negotiating leases for numerous new retail locations throughout California.
- Representing a health services organization in securing and negotiating leases for multiple nationwide clinic locations.
