Valence Law Group Represents Asus Computer International in $26 Million Acquisition of Fremont Industrial Complex
San Francisco, CA (May 17, 2016). Valence Law Group, a boutique law firm with a focus on meeting the transactional legal needs of its clients, represented ASUS Computer International in its acquisition of an approximately 150,000 square foot tech-industrial complex located at 48710-48720 Kato Road in Fremont, California for $26 Million from Exar Corporation. As part of the deal, Exar Corporation will leaseback an approximately 96,000 square foot building until the end of 2017. The transaction closed on May 16, 2016. ASUS Computer International, Inc. is a subsidiary of ASUSTeK Computer, Inc., one of the largest computer manufacturers in the world. The Valence Law Group team was led by Krista Kim.
