Katherine Kim Abrahams specializes in complex commercial real estate transactions, with a particular focus on commercial leasing and subleasing. She frequently handles high-stakes transactions, including headquarters leases, large scale subleases, sub-subleases, and transactions involving substantial tenant improvements. Katherine brings meticulous attention to detail and strategic insight to all of her work. She has substantial experience representing both landlords and tenants in commercial leasing matters on a local and national level.

Prior to joining Valence, Katherine practiced at prominent Bay Area law firms, where she represented an array of distinguished clients including Fortune 500 corporations, major developers, shopping centers, national retail brands, private investors, and high net worth individuals.

Katherine received her J.D. from Stanford Law School in 2003 and prior to practicing law, she was an accomplished classical pianist receiving a M.M. from Yale School of Music in 1997 and a B.M. from the University of Michigan in 1995.
