Katherine Kim Abrahams specializes in commercial real estate transactions with an emphasis on retail and office leasing, and purchases and sales of real property. Katherine has substantial experience representing both landlords and tenants in commercial leasing matters on a local and national level.

Prior to joining Valence, Katherine worked at large law firms in the Bay Area and has represented regional shopping centers, national retailers, Fortune 500 companies, development companies, investors, local businesses and high net worth individuals.

Katherine received her J.D. from Stanford Law School in 2003 and prior to practicing law, she was an accomplished classical pianist receiving a M.M. from Yale School of Music in 1997 and a B.M. from the University of Michigan in 1995.
