Eunice joined Valence with over 20 years’ experience in lending and banking. She has held positions with Fortune 500 companies and tech start-ups in sales, business development, and management, having 10-250 employees under her leadership during various points of her career. Eunice has always wanted to develop a career in Law and found the perfect opportunity with Valence in this new role. At Valence, she provides executive level support to the Firm’s principal attorney, assisting her with all aspects of the day-to-day practice as well as helping to project manage the Firm’s transactional matters in commercial leasing, lending, and acquisitions and dispositions.

Eunice received her B.A. in Administrative Studies with a focus on Economics and Political Science from the University of California, Riverside. She is a member of the Asian Real Estate Association of America, volunteer at Alameda Food Bank, and enjoys gardening, home improvement projects, and hiking with her German Shepherd, Bailey.
