At Valence, Eunice manages the firm's transactional matters involving commercial leasing, acquisitions, and dispositions. She provides comprehensive paralegal support across the practice and executive support to the managing partner. Her responsibilities include assisting attorneys with due diligence reviews, maintaining client communications, coordinating transaction timelines, organizing closing documents, and managing workflow efficiently throughout all transactions.

Eunice earned her B.A. in Administrative Studies with concentrations in Economics and Political Science from the University of California, Riverside. In her spare time, she enjoys gardening, home improvement projects, and hiking with her dog, Baxter.
