Erin James works closely with attorneys on leasing and other transactional matters. Erin reviews subleases and leases and prepares detailed abstracts for clients. She also assists with purchase and sale transactions and assists with survey and title reviews.

Erin received her B.S. in Business Administration with a focus on Marketing from California Polytechnic University, San Luis Obispo, graduating Magna Cum Laude. Erin began her corporate career working for large telecommunications equipment manufacturers in the Bay Area. She moved to the finance industry and spent years structuring and supporting real estate securitizations for a REIT in the North Bay. Erin has also spent over a decade managing vacation rental properties around the world. In her spare time, Erin enjoys raising her three children, making artisan chocolates, knitting and tending to her large succulent garden.
