We handle a broad array of commercial leasing transactions, ranging from small office and retail leases, to complex multi-building headquarters transactions, build-to-suit leases, and state-of-the-art life sciences, manufacturing, and R&D facilities. In addition to drafting and negotiating leases and subleases, our attorneys also routinely handle lease amendments for expansions and renewals, license agreements, lease termination agreements, listing and commission agreements, co-working agreements (including enterprise co-working MSAs), estoppel certificates, and SNDAs, among others.

Our attorneys also negotiate design and construction contracts on leasing transactions involving the build-out of tenant improvements. In addition to leasing, our attorneys also represent investors and corporate end-users with purchase and sale transactions for commercial property.
