Henry Zerwas

Henry joins Valence with a background in paralegal support and case management, most recently at a real estate litigation law firm in Colorado, where he managed case files from intake through resolution in matters involving landlord-tenant conflicts, evictions, and other real estate litigation.

At Valence, Henry supports firm attorneys with contract drafting, legal research, and reviewing certificates of insurance, estoppels, SNDA’s, and commencement certificates. He also plays a key role in providing executive-level support across commercial real estate transactions including assisting with due diligence, organizing transaction documents, coordinating transaction timelines, and maintaining clear client communication to keep each deal moving efficiently from documentation through execution. Henry is also bilingual in English and Spanish, with experience translating legal documents and real-time communications.

Henry earned his B.A. in Political Science with Minor in Business Administration from Colorado State University.
