Gordon Levy

As Director of Operations, Gordon works closely with the Firm’s attorneys and staff to keep the day-to-day operations running smoothly. He oversees human resources, recruiting and onboarding, technology, compliance, vendor relationships, facilities, and enterprise-wide projects, with a particular focus on improving processes and using technology to make work easier and more efficient.

Gordon brings more than 20 years of operations and administration experience to Valence LLP. He began his career in consulting, serving as a Vice President with a global management consulting organization before moving into leadership roles in pension consulting, investment management, real estate consulting, and other professional services organizations. Gordon received his B.A. in Justice, with a concentration in Economics, from American University in Washington, D.C.
