Mitchell joined our firm as a real estate associate in 2019. Mitchell will support clients with a wide range of transactional real estate matters, including commercial leasing and subleasing and assisting with real estate acquisitions and dispositions. Prior to transitioning to a transactional real estate practice, Mitchell honed his legal skills as a commercial litigator.
Mitchell received his B.A. from the University of California, Berkeley, and his J.D. from the University of California, Hastings College of Law. While in law school, Mitchell earned the Dean’s Scholarship Award and the Wiley W. Manuel Certificate for Pro Bono Legal Services and served on the Editorial Board for the Hastings Business Law Journal.
He has completed internship programs in both public and private sectors including serving as a clerk for the Honorable Judge A. James Robertson II at the San Francisco Superior Court, interning with the San Francisco City Attorney’s Office, and working in-house at HotelTonight supporting General Counsel. He also served as a Volunteer Legal Intern with Tenants Together where he drafted research memos on legislation and policies affecting tenants’ rights.
In his spare time, Mitchell enjoys travelling, watching the Warriors, playing his guitar, and hiking.
